Villa Katarina Tucepi
Villa Katarina is located in Tučepi, 4 km south of Makarska. The villa is surrounded by Mediterranean plants and olive trees, overlooking the sea on the southern side and the mountain on the northern side. Comfortable apartments and friendly hosts are waiting to give you a quiet holiday, whether you are with family or friends.
Within our villa premises, all guests are provided with 8-10 parking spaces. Guests can use a communal terrace area of 50m² and a place for meal preparation (grill/fireplace). On the outdoor terrace in front of the house, there are three set tables and six benches under the awning-covered vines, which provide pleasant shade in summer. The view of the sea, islands, and mountains from this spot is truly spectacular.
We offer the ability to use the washing machine (for a fee) and wireless Internet (service included).
Guests are welcome to use the appropriate number of towels. Bed linen is changed once a week. General cleaning is done between shifts.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. It is allowed in open spaces on the balcony or on the terrace in the courtyard in front of and behind the house.
The owners live in the house and are always available to guests for any information. The owner, Katarina, speaks English fluently.
On arrival and departure days, guests are offered the possibility of shuttle service (extra charge) to Split airport, which is located about 85 km from our villa. Also, for an extra charge, it is possible to organize trips and visits to nearby tourist spots (Dubrovnik – 170 km, Mostar – 120 km, Medjugorje – 85 km, Split – 60 km, Krka National Park – 150 km, etc.).
The distance from the beach is about 400 m, and the pebble beach is suitable for children and is surrounded by beautiful pine trees that provide natural shade. On the beach, there are sun loungers and parasols for rent. Along the beach, there are also many restaurants, terraces, bars, pastry shops, souvenir shops, and currency exchange. Throughout the entire village, a long beach promenade stretches where guests can also find sports facilities and tennis courts available for use. The distance from the villa to the city center is approximately 600 m. In the city center, there is a pharmacy, mini-market, and available ATMs.
The town of Makarska is about 4 km to the west. In Makarska, there are community health services, an ER, a pharmacy, a market, a fish market, and museums. Apfel Arena, a newly opened sports center just 2 km away from villa, offers a variety of sport services, medical center, kids playroom, restaurant, fitness center and is open from 8 am to 22 pm.
