Villa Katarina includes luxury apartments with modern design and beautiful view on either the Adriatic Sea or the mountain Biokovo. It offers a quiet and pleasant atmosphere where guests can enjoy their vacation at its fullest.

Tučepi is the perfect place for a holiday with friends or family. Our Villa is located at the place that is close to the beach (about 5 minutes walk), but yet far away from the noise of vehicles on the road and loud music from the local night bars, which makes it ideal for a quiet and pleasant holiday with a good night sleep.

Villa Katarina is located in Tučepi, 4 km south of Makarska. The villa is surrounded with Mediterranean plants and olive trees overlooking the sea on the southern side and the mountain on the north side. Comfortable apartments and friendly hosts are waiting for you to give you a quiet holiday, whether you are with family or with friends.

Within our villa premises, all guests are provided with 8-10 parking spaces. Guests can use a communal terrace area of 50m2 and a place for meal preparation (grill/fireplace) in the open, in front of and behind the house. On the outdoor terrace, in front of the house, there are two set tables and four benches under the awning-covered vines, which provides a pleasant shade in summer. View of the sea and islands and the mountain from this spot, makes it truly spectacular.

Behind the house, in the shade, there is a small garden with flowers measuring 50 m2 with a small grill, table and two benches where you can quietly enjoy the view of the mountain and the surrounding pine forests and olive groves.

We offer the ability to use the washing machine (on payment), and wireless Internet (service included).

We own one rollaway cot (for babies) for no additional charge.

Guests are welcome to use the appropriate number of towels. Bed linen is changed once a week. General cleaning is done between shifts.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. It is slated for open space on the balcony or on the terrace in the courtyard in front of and behind the house.

Owners live in the house and are always available to guests for all the information. The owner, Katarina, speaks English language fluently.

On the arrival and departure day, guests are offered with the possibility of shuttle service (extra charge) to Split airport, which is located about 85 km from our Villa. Also, for the extra charge it is possible to organize trips and visits nearby tourist spots (Dubrovnik-170 km, Mostar-120 km, Medjugorje-85 km, Split-60 km, Krka National Park-150 km, etc.).

Distance from the beach is about 300 m, and pebble beach is suitable for children and is surrounded with beautiful pine trees that make it a natural shade. On the beach there are sun loungers and parasols for rent. Along the beach there are also many restaurants and terraces, bars, pastry shops, souvenir shops and currency exchange. Through the entire village, a long beach promenade stretches where guests can also find sports facilities and tennis courts available to use. Distance from the Villa to the city center is proximately 500 m. In the city center there is a pharmacy, mini-market and available ATMs.

Town of Makarska is about 4km to the west. In Makarska there are Community Health, ER, pharmacy, market, fish market, museums.
