Unit is located on the 3rd floor, on the south side of the villa. 60m² apartment has a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the islands of Hvar and Brač. You can reach the balcony from the living room. Balcony size is 5m² and there is a table set with chairs, 6 chairs and wire clothesline.
